Strict Enhanced DBS Vetting & Safeguarding Protocols
Protecting pupils and staff with rigorous background vetting and single-site accountability
Child safety and safeguarding compliance sit at the core of our educational cleaning contracts. We understand that educational leaders cannot take risks with site security or unverified personnel:
- 100% Enhanced DBS Verification: Every cleaner, supervisor, and mobile operative assigned to your school undergoes thorough enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service checks prior to stepping on-site.
- Rigorous Onboarding Protocols: Our team members complete identity checks, right-to-work verification, child safeguarding inductions, and site-specific security protocols.
- Uniformed and Visible Teams: All Simplicity Services staff wear smart, branded uniforms with visible photo identification badges, ensuring immediate recognition by your site security and reception staff.
Safe Non-Toxic & Eco-Friendly School Sanitisation
Protecting child health and indoor air quality with 100% plant-based, non-hazardous products
Young children and staff spend long hours indoors, making them particularly sensitive to harsh chemical residues, synthetic fragrances, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs):
- Zero-Toxin Cleaning Formulas: We clean exclusively with eco-certified, 100% biodegradable, and non-toxic cleaning agents that leave zero harmful chemical residues on desks or play equipment.
- Allergen and Asthma Friendly: Our non-hazardous solutions dramatically reduce airborne irritants, helping lower childhood asthma triggers and supporting healthy indoor air quality.
- Sustainable Supply Chains: We supply your washrooms and staff areas with 100% recycled paper products, plastic-free consumables, and dynamic dosing systems to support your academy’s environmental targets.
Pre-Term & Summer Holiday Deep Cleaning Restoration
Intensive seasonal restorations to eliminate bacteria, restore floorings, and prepare for term start
While daily cleaning keeps routine germs at bay, school holiday periods provide the vital window for heavy-duty restoration and infection control:
- Comprehensive Summer & Half-Term Deep Cleans: Top-to-bottom sanitisation during school breaks, clearing high-level dust from assembly halls, scrubbing sports facilities, and deep cleaning kitchens.
- Specialist Floor Stripping and Sealing: High-performance machine scrubbing, buffing, and protective sealing for vinyl corridors, wooden sports hall floors, and carpeted classrooms.
- Targeted Viral and Infection Control: Deploying high-efficiency HEPA extraction and surface-safe disinfection across high-touch points to mitigate seasonal cold and flu outbreaks before term starts.
